To make the concept of NEW WORK understandable for visitors, we designed an exhibition that functions like a workshop.
Visitors take on the roles of leaders of different teams in a game arena. The game is explained and navigated at a console table, where each player has their own touchpad.
Together, they complete five games that convey the five pillars of New Work: Workspace, Balanced Leadership, Self-Actualization, Individual Success, and Work Culture.
Within the timeframe of a workday, various challenges must be mastered. A companion app allows participants to gather and review their findings afterward.
